Change of Mind Returns
All change of mind returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and include a valid proof of purchase. You may choose from the following options:
- Exchange for another product
- Store credit valid for 1 year
We do not cover any shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Conditions for change of mind Returns
For hygiene reasons, items must be in their original condition including wrapping and boxes – unopened and unused.
Sets or multi packs must be returned in full.
Sale or promotional items and items purchased using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for change of mind returns.
All returned products will undergo quality control and hygiene checks. If opened or used, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.
Faulty or Defective Item Returns
If you receive a faulty or defective item, please return it within14 days with a valid proof of purchase. You may choose from the following:
1. Exchange for a replacement
2. Store credit valid for one year
3. Refund to your original payment method
How to Initiate a Return
If the return is due to an error from our end such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Important Notes
We strongly recommend customers record an unboxing video when receiving the package. This can help us quickly verify and resolve any issues such as damage, leakage, or missing items. While an unboxing video is not mandatory, it may be required as supporting evidence for certain claims. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
